Cancellation policy is 2pm on day of arrival.

A valid credit or debit card is taken of all guests on arrival.

Rooms and Rates

What types of rooms are available in the hotel?
The hotel has three room categories: Standard, Deluxe & Luxury Suites. All room categories can be booked through our website.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single, double and triple occupancy.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact Reception at least 48hours prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation number.

How many people can stay in one room?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of two people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed.

Do you offer discounts for a group booking?
For details of the group rates, please contact Reception.

Do you have a pet policy?
We regret that animals are not allowed in the hotel.

Is the Wi-Fi FREE?
All our rooms and bar areas have FREE Wi-Fi.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
The standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out is at 11am.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

Are king-sized beds available in the rooms?
Yes, we have king-sized beds in all of the rooms with super king-sized beds in our luxury suites.

Can you smoke in the rooms?
All of our rooms are strictly non-smoking. There is a smoking area available outside of the hotel.

Travelling with children

What facilities are available for children?
Special children menus as well as high chairs are available in our restaurant.

Are baby cots available for the rooms?
Baby cots are available on request.

Are high chairs available in the restaurants?
Yes, we do have high chairs available in our restaurant.

Dining

Where is breakfast, lunch and dinner served and at what times?
Monday to Thursday – 7am to 10.30pm. Friday & Saturday – 7am to 11pm. Sunday – 7am to 9pm.

Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurants?
A selection of vegetarian dishes is available in our restaurant.

General Hotel Information

How much parking space is available at the hotel?
The parking lot can accommodate up to 450 cars.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
Hairdryers are available in every guest room.

Do you have any special packages for birthdays?
We do have special offers for guests celebrating birthdays at both of our restaurants.
